Team Growth & Alignment Initiative

Fan Growth Team is responsible for creating accessible care services for thousands of active EA Players from troubleshooting, account management, and forums.

Overview:

Over the span of 12 weeks, I designed an AI-driven community experience on EA Help from hosting ideation workshops, creating product requirements and user research guidelines, to presenting my project to the larger Fan Growth for product buy-in across the larger Care-Everywhere initaitve.

Big Picture Idea

Current customers are facing immense difficulty navigating the platform to customize their voice agents to help support their enterprise operations and customer support.

The core process of the agentic creation is fragmented, which requires a heavy technical background and learning curve to use the Fluents tool.

Problem Context

Customizing how AI voice agent would perform requires significant technical knowledge of linking input schemas, API's, etc.

For many customers, they struggled to fully customize their agentic workflows on the current layout of the platform

How might we design agentic solutions that turn heavy back-end workflows into a simpler, harmonized experiences, reducing setup time and complexity for enterprises?

Personalize and Test Voice Agents simultaneously

Customers are able to test their conversations with their Voice AI Agents before applying changes.

Visualized and transformed the technical action customizations into a user-friendly experience

For examples, Input Schemas requires significant understanding of JSON structure, API's, and data types to customize external actions.

Users can self-onboard through the AI agent to feel and trial the performance of Fluents AI Agents.

Originally, customers did not have an onboarding experience which was a severe pain point in helping them discover the platform.

Reflections

I had no idea what an API or Input Schemas were until this role.

I loved working with the Fluents team where their fiery drive also fueled mine. It was very fruitful to dive in deep into creating several experiences for users to create their voice agents. I worked very closely with the front-end engineer to ensure interactions are well-delivered.

While it's one of the earlier iterations of the Fluents platform, learned so much back-end knowledge that strengthened me to be a better designer, especially in the world of AI.
